HANDMADE-TO-ORDER - For items marked ‘made-to-order’ , please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be despatched.

IN STOCK - Items listed as ‘in stock’ will be despatched within 1-2 working days.

As soon as I’ve made, packed up and posted your order, you will receive an email to say  your  jewellery is on it’s way. All packaging is eco-friendly; recycled, recyclable or reusable.

UK DELIVERY - Standard Delivery is FREE on orders £60 and over. For orders under £60, there is a £3.50 delivery charge.

UK Standard Delivery takes 1-2 working days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - International Shipping is available for selected countries for a flat rate of £7.00 (you can see the selected countries at check out).

Orders shipped to Australia & New Zealand will cost £10.00.

Customers are responsible for any local taxes and fees.

If you wish to ship to a country not listed at checkout, please get in touch.

RETURNS

  • Unfortunately, returns are not accepted unless faulty

  • In the rare event that an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement or  a full refund

  • Please ensure you know your ring size before ordering. Resizing comes at a small charge, you can find out more about our process here: https://www.didimala.co.uk/shop-all/ring-resizing 

  • Some items can not be resized, this includes 18k Gold Vermeil pieces and items with a set stone

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty
